5 e-bike myths busted by our rider Rasťo Baránek
Myth #1: “It’s cheating - not real cycling.”  You still pedal. The motor only boosts your effort. More vert, more laps, more trail time.

Myth #2: “You don’t work out on an e-bike.” You control the workout. Dial down the assist and you’ll suffer the same - or use it after work to still get quality time in the saddle.

Myth #3: “E-bikes are for lazy riders.” E-bikes are for everyone - especially if you’re short on time. Less climbing grind, more descents: f.e. 8 runs instead of 4.

Myth #4: “E-bikes are too heavy.” Yes, they’re heavier - but a well-designed e-MTB (like KELLYS) uses that weight for stability and confidence. Good geometry makes it feel natural. Btw.e bike Theos F100 from Kellys weights only 20,6 kg.

Myth #5: “You can’t wash an e-bike with water.” You can. Just keep distance (at least 10 cm), use a brush and mild soap, rinse gently, and be careful around the battery area
