Bicycle rental

Each bicycle will be ready for immediate riding, clean, adjusted, and with a charged battery. If desired, the bicycle can be equipped with accessories according to your needs, just indicate this in the reservation form. If you decide to purchase an e-bike at our store, the full amount of your last rental will be deducted from the bike's price. Read how to proceed with the rental and rental conditions.

Procedure for Renting

  1. 1. Choose a bicycle according to your needs. If you're unsure which one is best for you, call the store.
  2. 2. Reserve your time by clicking the button: RESERVE TIME and submit the filled form.
  3. 3. The staff will contact you to confirm or discuss specific requests.
  4. 4. On the confirmed date, you can pick up the bicycles. If that's not possible, please contact the staff. No cancellation fee is charged.
  5. 5. The staff will instruct you, provide all necessary information, draft the contract, collect the deposit, and adjust the bicycle to your height.
  6. 6. Ride and enjoy the experience. We hope everything goes as planned.
  7. 7. Return the bicycle to the store staff on the agreed date.

Rental Terms and Conditions

  1. 1. The bicycle can be rented by an adult. If you have health issues, it's ideal to inform the staff.
  2. 2. Completing and agreeing to the terms of the rental agreement and signing the rental contract.
  3. 3. Depositing the security deposit.
  4. 4. Following the terms of the contract and instructions given by the staff.
  5. 5. In the case of any accident, theft, or robbery with the bicycle, follow the law and report the incident immediately to the staff.
  6. 6. When riding a rented bicycle, follow traffic rules and ensure the safety of yourself and others.
  7. 7. Return the bicycle and any other rented items properly and on time as per the contract and agreement.
  8. 8. Do not install your own accessories on the bicycle without consulting the staff, and do not wash the bicycle.

Dates, Prices, Payments

  1. 1. The deposit is paid when signing the contract. It covers the costs for the lessor associated with the rental of the movable item.
  2. 2. 1 day means picking up the bicycle on the same day from 9:00 AM and returning it by 5:30 PM the same day.
  3. 3. 1 weekend means picking up the bicycle on Friday from 9:00 AM and returning it on the following Monday by 11:00 AM.
  4. 4. 1 week means renting the bicycle for 7 consecutive days, for example, picking it up on Wednesday from 9:00 AM and returning it the following Tuesday by 11:00 AM.
  5. 5. Adjustments to the pick-up and return times are possible by prior arrangement with the staff.
  6. 6. Payment can only be made by credit card.
